Who are we looking for?


GHD is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst. Reporting to the Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer, this position will provide Regulatory compliance support to GHD's U.S. operations. This role will also report matters of material concern to GHD's Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer, GHD's Assistant GC, US and to US Senior Management. This individual will also work collaboratively with GHD's Americas Legal, Risk & Compliance Team and global Legal & Risk teams.


The ideal candidate will be based in Phoenix, Houston, Chantilly or King of Prussia/Philadelphia GHD supports a hybrid work model.


In this role you will:



  • Act as first point of contact with Operations for intake of compliance review requests; manage workflow of compliance review, undertake contract compliance review and collaborate with applicable attorney for legal review

  • Perform compliance review of project documents considering applicable Federal regulations (e.g., FAR/DFAR, GSAR, CAS, etc.), applicable state regulations, and GHD policies and procedures

  • Assist US Business regarding day-to-day compliance measures associated with government contracting regulations

  • Assist Finance Team on pricing compliance for specific project pursuits 

  • Support Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer re variety of related compliance matters (e.g., privacy, data security, data management, data sovereignty, data breach response, anti-spam compliance, and cybersecurity)

  • Support Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer in response to DCAA and other government or client audits and inquiries related to disclosure statements, incurred cost proposals, timekeeping policies, company government contracting policies, project support related to indirect rates and cost impacts

  • Act as a resource and provide guidance to Operations and other teams regarding ongoing compliance requirements 

  • Monitor and evaluate changing Federal procurement requirements and industry trends and make proactive recommendations regarding necessary modifications to applicable policies and procedures as needed


What will you bring to the team?



  • Obtained Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Completed a minimum of 3 years of experience in Federal contracting or procurement, including experience in one or more of the primary duties

  • Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and other Federal regulations
