Production IT Support
Scaletta Armoring, an automotive remanufacturer located in Bedford Park, IL is looking for a Production IT Support person to be responsible for managing all electronic tracking and planning platforms (Smartsheets and Google Suite). You will be responsible for ensuring all electronic tracking and planning resources are organized and access to team members, improve tracking and planning platforms and provide software support to Scaletta team members.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Manage all electronic tracking and planning platforms (Smartsheets and Google Suite).
- Use Smartsheets and Google Suite to facilitate intra-company communications.
- Ensure all electronic tracking and planning resources are organized and accessible to team members.
- Provide harmonization and continuity of the various tracking and planning resources.
- Facilitate accountability for tracking with automation and collaboration tools.
- Develop reporting of meaningful data from tracking activities.
- Facilitate regular reporting of data from tracking activities with automation and collaboration tools.
- Improve tracking and planning platforms based on user and management feedback.
- Provide IT hardware and software support to Scaletta team members.
- Become an expert on software systems, Smartsheets, Google Suite.
- As needed, acquire new laptops or other hardware. Ensure hardware specifications are adequate.
- Maintain inventory of laptops, tablets and PCs.
- Respond to issues with the server and networks. Provide basic troubleshooting or escalate to IT consultants as needed.
Skills and Specifications:
- Advanced IT hardware and software setup and debugging and experience
- Proven problem-solving and organization skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Advanced spreadsheet and database skills
- Knowledge of Smartsheets and Google Suite a plus
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Project management skills
