Work You’ll Do Summary

  • Collaborate with IT teams to maintain operational compliance and adhere to industry standards, ensuring robust support of security researchers, analysts, and engineers.

  • Accompany authorized personnel within a monitored facility, ensuring compliance with security protocols.

  • Monitor video feeds to detect unauthorized personnel, inappropriate use, or unacceptable behavior, ensuring compliance with established rules of behavior. 

  • Assist in maintaining an asset inventory by conducting daily audits to identify discrepancies, documenting findings, investigating with IT, and reporting to supervisors.

  • Perform routine badge access audits to identify and document anomalies, reporting findings to supervisors, and ensuring alignment with access control policies.

  • Work closely with facilities personnel to audit badge profiles and ensure they comply with company policies and procedures.

  • Monitor and maintain attendance records withing the monitored facility, reporting any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.

  • Review, update, and append process and procedure documentation as required, ensuring that all materials are current and accurate.

What You’ll Bring



  • Must have experience working in secure facilities such as data centers, government buildings, military installations, or similar environments, with a focus on executing operating protocols.

  • Demonstrated experience in physical security, including the ability to observe and report potentially anomalous activities effectively.

  • Must be able to work on-site from an Oracle facility in Columbia, MD.

  • Proven ability to collaborate successfully with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational goals.

  • Ability to learn new processes quickly while maintaining a positive, cand-do attitude.

  • Ability to apply independent and sound business judgement to solve complex issues.

  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

US: Hiring Range: from $28.85 to $67.93 per hour; from $60,000 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
