We are seeking a dedicated Onsite IT Support Technician to provide desk-side support, PC rollover refresh assistance, Android scanner provisioning, and network port patching at a client location. This is an onsite role requiring a Thursday-Sunday overnight shift in a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide desk-side support for end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist with PC rollover refresh, ensuring seamless device replacements and upgrades.
- Provision Android scanners, configuring and deploying them for operational use.
- Perform network port patching, ensuring proper connectivity for end-user devices.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance the user experience.
Technical Environment & Minimum Skills Required: - Strong background in desktop support and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with PC imaging, setup, and refresh processes.
- Familiarity with mobile device provisioning, particularly Android scanners.
- Knowledge of network fundamentals, including port patching.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight shifts.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Shift: 7pm - 5am Thurs - Sun
