What You Will Be Doing 

• Providing clients with exceptional service and support both onsite and remotely

• Resolving all assigned incidents and requests in a timely manner while providing proper communication to clients during the resolution process and detailing the notes

• Troubleshoot issues related to client hardware and software and network issues

• Installing,  upgrading and maintaining operating systems, computer software, hardware and peripherals

• Review and assess user needs; make recommendations for resources required to maintain and/or expand service levels

• Local travel is required


What We Are Looking For

• Network+, CCNA, and/or CCNP Certifications desired

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or related field preferred

• In lieu of Bachelor’s Degree, 5 years of experience in administration of desktop environments and workstations

• Experience in the following required:  O365 product suite, MS Active Directory Services, Windows Server 2019, Ticketing Systems (ConnectWise, Kaseya, N-able, etc.) SonicWALL and Unifi Ubiquiti hardware

• Experience in the follow is highly desired: understanding of small-medium advanced firewall configuration, network VLAN

• Self-starter with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problems solving skills required

• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation and time management skills 

• Ability to provide a high level of customer service by answering questions, providing accurate information, and responding to requests in a timely manner.

• Ability to take ownership of tasks from start to finish while keeping all stakeholders updated on progress.


Working Environment

• Work is typically performed in on site office settings: sometimes it is the StratTech office where you will interact and collaborate with seasoned engineers sometimes at a client site.

• We are a learning organization. You will learn on your own by researching and with your team by taking on new projects

• Pass pre-employment skills assessment

• Provide valid US work authorization documents

• Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check

• Valid driver’s license

  • Must be self motivated 
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be a detailed in notes and communications
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to client sites across the greater Phoenix, Metro area
  • Must have at least 6 months hands on experience building servers and firewalls. 
  • Must be able to manage network switches
  • Must have knowledge of VPN Networks
  • Must have knowledge of VoiP phone systems (Ring Central, Nextiva, etc)
  • Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs, because those servers can't move themselves.
  • Must be able to climb a ladder 
  • Must have reliable transportation
