We're looking for a friendly IT professional to provide technical assistance to our ever-growing internal staff. You'll be at the company’s front line and will solve technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. The goal is to make sure that customer service is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.

Minimum Education:
An Associate’s degree (A.A.) is required. A minimum of 1 year of professional experience specifically supporting Microsoft-based environments is also desired. A driver's license and good driving record is also required.
Minimum Preferred Experience:
CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certification (MTA, MSCA, MSCE). Proven experience using our current technologies/applications is preferred: Helpdesk Ticketing Systems, Windows Server 2019, Windows 10, iOS, Android, AutoCAD, Microstation, Esri GIS, SharePoint.
