IT Support Technician

Salary Range:
$18.00-$20.00 Per Hour (Based on Experience)
- Fields support calls and emails
- Rebuild, Reconfigure, Backup & Restore Computers
- Update, Upgrade, Maintain, Administer, and Provide Support for Hardwar & Operating Systems
- Hardware & Software tracking via carriers or employees
- Provide assistance to the Network Engineer & the Director of Technology
- Provide assistance to VP of Technology or IT Support Manager with building maintenance
- Full Time
- 1-3 years relevant work experience (preferred)
- Associate’s degree (or greater), in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or Information Technology (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Must be able to adapt to various software applications
