The A.C. Coy Company has an immediate opening for a IT Support Technician.  Ideal candidates must have at least 1 year of IT Help Desk experience and/or equivalent training 

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st Level Support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstations
  • Install and configure computer hardware and software
  • Improve client references and writing and maintaining documentation

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma 

Experience

  • 1 Year experience in a help desk or IT technical support role
  • Must be able to Operate IT Infrastructure Systems which includes Active Directory, Printers and Backu
