All Lines Technology has an immediate opening for an IT Support Technician in Harrisburg! This position is to lead the computer hardware installs of acquisitions, expansions and construction projects for our client. This individual should have experience with end-user support & ticketing systems. Computer hardware includes, Computers (all form factors), printers, and peripherals. Confirming functionality and connectivity. Documenting computer hardware layout per site.
 
Requirements
This position requires a strong knowledge of computer hardware/peripheral/printer and networking data components.  It also requires a very high level of communication skills to be able communicate with construction teams, practice managers, vendors and other IT support teams.  Being self-motivated and with the ability to think ahead will be required. Attention to details, effective planning and coordination will be needed to be successful in this role. This person will be hands-on start to finish in completing projects.  Beginning with walkthroughs and initial planning of a site to the install of all the computer hardware along with the all the details and requirements in between.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Document and track user issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
  • Conduct training sessions for users on new software and systems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and best practices.
  • Ensure security and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Create and update user guides and documentation.
Position Details
EpicCare Hardware/Software Deployment - Work with the Epic/Epic care to implement, document and meet requirements for epiccare/bridges.
Physician Practice Projects - Adds, moves and changes - Manage and Coordinate Physician Site moves.  Including, PC hardware, printers and networking data components.
Communication - Effectively communicate with internal and external groups to meet and complete project requirements. Clearly layout timelines, set standards, expectations while following along with our client’s security and IT guidelines.
Documentation - Create computer floorplan layouts and associated computer hardware sheets for all projects (new sites, moves, and expansions). Update computer hardware asset/location/support team information in our client’s asset tracking software.
Manage Projects - Manage assisting staff as needed on projects. Provide leadership and clear direction to all members of any team assisting. Create a welcomed and friendly environment to complete tasks.
Coordination - Coordinate hardware, data wiring, electrical wiring, printer and software requirements as requested.
Accountability - Highly motivated to manage projects, follow IT procedures and process put in place by IT Leadership and IT Security.  Assist in process/workflow improvements for future projects.
