Based in Tampa, FL, we are a fast-growing medical company expanding our patient experience to improve health using the latest telemedicine healthcare technology. We are currently looking for an IT Support Tech to join our team to assist with the day-to-day operations of our Microsoft environment as well as our cloud-based line of business software. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
Roles & Responsibilities of IT Support Tech
- Respond to IT tickets and escalate if unable to resolve.
- Implement assigned IT and office projects.
- Recommend, demo, and test products, configurations, policies.
- Maintain equipment according to current best practices and policies.
- Deliverable of monthly support metrics: tickets opened/closed, average time to close, response times, common issues.
- Deliverable of monthly system metrics: systems, application, and service uptime.
- Deliverable of status of assigned IT projects weekly or as needed.
- Identify common problems/failures for improvement.
What you need for this position:
- Customer-friendly focus.
- Self-starter motivation.
- Troubleshooting PC hardware, office printers and Microsoft applications.
- Experience with Windows 10/11.
- Experience with Office 365
Compensation: $20/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-9:00pm
