Job Summary
Provide technical support to end-users for PC, hardware, or software applications.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user technical assistance by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Manage new user account creation and deployment.
  • Installs, identifies, and repairs hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, docking stations, etc.
  • Purchase software and hardware as needed.
  • Load and verify software packages.
  • Work in coordination with 3rd party MSP to resolve tickets in a timely manner.
  • Provides training and technical assistance to users.
  • Demonstrate commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional workspaces, including effective cable management and inventory management of IT supplies.

Requirements
High School diploma and one year of experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. A+ certification required. Knowledge of all Microsoft applications/utilities.
