Responsibilities






  • Provide local on-site IT Field Desktop Support as Level 2 (IDEMIA has a central 24x7 Level 1 Help Desk remote support already in place)
  • Coordinate and perform hardware upgrades for laptops, desktops, printers, meeting room devices, UPs, switches and telephones.
  • Create and Maintain documentation for hardware inventory, software licenses, software versioning, automated tasks, network topology, physical building layout, backup Medias.
  • Manage local IT resources to ensure equipment is always ready and serviceable for end-users and mainly supporting on the onboarding process for the region.
  • Troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, TV displays, desk phones, cell phones, network cabling and assets,Β  software applications, and deployment
  • Software Center and SCCM
  • Interface with and provide limited support for the production engineering and maintenance teams with legacy systems including Windows 7, XP, NT, robotics, industrial sensors, PLC, machine vision.
  • Coordinate with external vendors as necessary to facilitate 3rd party system maintenance and upgrades such as telephony, HVAC, Security CCTV, and Internet access.
  • Manage Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Invoicing and Investment Requests for IT consumables and new projects / vendor contracts.
  • Supports on the Penetration test assessment and vulnerability assessment and remediation.
  • Support on backup system with Veeam








Qualifications






  • 2+ years of experience in on-site IT Support role
  • Associate's Degree with IT InfrastructureΒ 
  • CompTIA A+ experience is a plus
  • Excel
