Job Summary & Responsibilities






The IT Support Specialist  – will report directly to the IT Manager. The primary function of the role is the global support of Nevro IT infrastructure (Desktops, Laptops, Phones, Services, Hosted Services, and Mobile Devices).

  • Responds to questions/requests with clarity and courtesy from the Jira helpdesk
  • Onboarding new hire process for all employees
  • Provide support via phone, web, remote desktop (LogMeIn), and email to assure continuity of core business
  • Setup and configure new laptops
  • Troubleshoot daily issues with end user’s laptops, monitor and printers and escalate to tier 2 if needed
  • Effectively interfaces with staff
  • Support meeting and conference calls with Zoom and MS Teams
  • Prioritizing daily task within Jira HD
  • Support end user in different region as well as AUS, EMAE and Costa Rica
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Will require to be in the office 5 days a week

 









Role Requirements






  • 3+ Years of experience in Corporate IT support and administration








Skills and Knowledge






  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Customer service detail orientated
  • Willing to consult with clients and provide simple and timely solutions
  • Strong written skills and detailed orientated
  • Prioritize day to day activities
  • Knowledgeable in Zoom conference and webinars and MS Teams is a plus
  • Ability to work across various time zones in multi-cultural environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical documentation skills
  • Self-Starter – Employee is expected to manage their own time and work a full professional day
  • Windows Desktop Support (Windows 10)
  • Knowledge and experience in SCCM and Intune
  • Proficient with MS Office 365 products
  • Apple Mac Support and products (JAMF) is a plus
  • Mobile Device Support (iPhone, iPad, Android)
  • Imaging Tools such as MDT
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment.

  • Strong critical / analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • High energy level, adaptive and a strong team player with a good work ethic.

 









Target Pay Range






$60,606 - $75,757. The final starting salary offer to the successful candidate will be determined by evaluating several factors, such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, alignment with market data, and geography. *Nevro is a multi-state employer, so the target pay range may increase or decrease depending on the city/state.
