What will you do?

• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users on issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
• Respond to requests either in person, through video chat, or via email
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems with computers, printers, barcode scanners, security cameras, a/v systems, and other peripherals
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware components
• Train and educate users on how to use various applications and devices
• Maintain documentation of communications, processes, changes, and training, following best practices and standards   
• Maintain license and policy compliance, ensuring all systems and users are in accordance with legal and organizational requirements

What do you need?

• Associate's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or related field
• Two years of experience in computer support or help desk role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of common software applications, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Autodesk
• Certification in CompTIA A+ preferred
• A positive attitude, a sense of humor, and a willingness to learn and grow
