Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our corporate office and remote branch locations. You’ll be responsible for executing IT initiatives under the guidance of the IT Operations Manager while ensuring exceptional service to our internal users, vendors, customers, and business partners. This position plays a critical role in planning, organizing, and executing IT functions within the organization, aligning with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

When You Join Us, You Will:
  • Provide hands-on support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Manage hardware and software procurement, provisioning, maintenance, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware, printers, network connectivity, and operating systems.
  • Oversee the company communications plan to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain centralized procurement and inventory of IT and office supplies.
  • Coordinate hardware leases for corporate and branch locations.
  • Offer Tier 1 support for hardware and software, while maintaining IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Support OEM software tools and vendor integrations.
  • Manage AV equipment for meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
  • Participate in and support strategic IT projects as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Windows OS and Office Suite.
    • Experience with mobile device support (e.g., tablets, smartphones, soft phones).
    • Knowledge of data systems security, regulations, and compliance.
    • Strong oral, listening, and written communication abilities.
    • Empathy and the ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
    • A team player who can also work independently.
