Wage Range: $65,000-$68,000 per year
This position is in the Management Information Systems Department and reports primarily to the VP of Technology. The IT Support Manager assists in the development of the Information Systems philosophy of Aim, oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT technicians while also providing front-line support, set-up, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, telecommunications, and computer components.
- Oversee day-to-day schedules and duties of the technicians
- field support calls and emails
- rebuild, reconfigure, backup & restore computers.
- install, configure, update, upgrade, maintain, administer, and provide support for hardware, operating systems (if applicable), software, and internal applications.
- hardware and software tracking via carriers or employees
- provide assistance to Network Engineer with troubleshooting network and security issues.
- provide assistance to VP of Technology with non-IT related requests.

- Associate’s degree (or greater), in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or Information Technology (preferred)
- 3-5 years relevant work experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
