OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE — REALIZE YOURS
Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:
Provide in-person and remote IT support to Alegeus Team members.
Support and maintain IT resources (computers, networks, conferencing, printing, etc.) in physical offices, while troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
Configure, troubleshoot, and support various technologies, including DNS, DHCP, VPN clients, Folder permissions, Printers, Mac systems, network connectivity, and Microsoft 365.
Install, modify, and support operating systems, and utilities software to align with service commitments.
Create, document, and adopt methods to help drive improvement and efficiency in all Help Desk related functions.
Manage new staff configuration including workstations, telephony, and all technical requirements.

Abilities: Ability to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort, use remote tools to support users, and structure and process to draw conclusions based on facts.
Experience: 2-5 years of Help Desk experience.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience .
Location: Requires full-time in-office presence in our downtown Boston, MA location(Waterfront District).
