Job Overview:
IT Support will be the first point of contact for Cascade staff members who have problems or questions with IT equipment, and must be able to assist when necessary. IT Support will also work closely with the IT Manager and Office Manager, and assist with higher-level maintenance and upgrade projects. We are looking for a person who has great problem solving skills and a desire to expand their knowledge as they become more familiar with what makes Cascade run on a daily basis.
The specific duties of IT Support include but are not limited to:
Wage highly dependent on skills/experience. Starting at $18/hr
Qualifications and Requirements:
Individuals that have prior experience with Siriusware software or Windows Server environments are preferred, but this is absolutely not a requirement.
