Position Description

IT Support 

 

Identifying Information: 

 

  • Department: Data Processing – Information Technology 
  • Reports To: Jenny Bates, VP IT Manager
  • Location: LCNB Operations Center, Lebanon, OH
  • Status: Non-Exempt Hourly 
  • Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:20am-5:05pm, Friday 8:20am-6:05pm

 

Position Purpose: 

 

The IT Support role within the Data Processing Department is responsible for providing customer service to our internal customers with various technical issues; will utilize their knowledge, experience and available resources to problem solve & identify solutions. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

  • Perform day-to-day helpdesk operations 
  • Assist users with day-to-day computing questions and problems
  • Post daily files from Item Processing
  • Patch of PC’s and Servers
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors 
  • Train of end users 
  • Provide courteous and efficient service to customers and staff
  • Reset passwords
  • Troubleshoot/Research/Repair microcomputer hardware & software issues
  • Disinfect Microcomputer from viruses
  • Maintain Hardware Inventory
  • Setup/Delete users on the system
  • Install new hardware & software
  • Assist in the daily operations of the Data Processing area as time permits.
  • Maintain confidentiality to protect the customer and the Bank
  • Additional duties as assigned

 

Required Competencies: 

 

  • 1+ year of computer system support/helpdesk support experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work history, training, military service, education. 
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent

  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suites and successfully navigate web-based platforms and internal operating systems

  

Working Conditions:  

 

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 75% of time 
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
  • Occasionally move/traverse to access files and equipment
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment
  • May be required to work outside of standard business hours
