β€ŠResponsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
  • Document and track customer support requests and technical issues in our ticketing system
  • Work with clients in their offices, remotely, and from the company office May have to drive to multiple locations within a day
  • Upgrade RAM and hard drives
  • Build PCs
  • Deliver and install hardware
  • Setup workstations for our clients when they have new hires
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical problems
  • Follow established procedures for logging and tracking customer support requests

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
  • Active Directory
  • SharePoint/OneDrive
  • Mimecast
  • Ability to work independently, research, and try new solutions prior to escalating
  • CompTIA A+ Certificate (or equivalent)
