Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
Document and track customer support requests and technical issues in our ticketing system
Work with clients in their offices, remotely, and from the company office
May have to drive to multiple locations within a day
Upgrade RAM and hard drives
Build PCs
Deliver and install hardware
Setup workstations for our clients when they have new hires
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical problems
Follow established procedures for logging and tracking customer support requests
Requirements:
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
Active Directory
SharePoint/OneDrive
Mimecast
Ability to work independently, research, and try new solutions prior to escalating
CompTIA A+ Certificate (or equivalent)
