Description

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To provide general IT support to the Wi-Tronix organization in support of internal customers and indirectly in support of external customers

 

CORE FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

Manage helpdesk (75%)

  • Use ticketing and other administrative systems to track, route and redirect problems to correct resources through completion
  • Support employee mobile phone and applications
  • Provision and de-provision access with the correct security
  • Install, maintain, support and upgrade desktops/laptops

Server and software setup and maintenance (15%)

  • Patch servers and ancillary software as required
  • On Call periodically

Special Projects (10%)

  • Company meeting support (set up, technology facilitation)
  • Other projects as assigned

Qualifications

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ IT helpdesk experience
  • 3+ years’ of ticketing software experience
  • VMware experience preferred, Windows server experience preferred
  • Microsoft O365, active directory, Patch my PC, Intune, and SCCM (maintain, deploy, patch, and manage Microsoft Windows laptops)

  • Working conditions as found in a typical office location
  • Ability to travel as needed 

The anticipated salary range for this position is $54,800 to $69,900 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and location.
