Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for an IT Helpdesk Specialist to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for staff members seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or chat.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and troubleshoot printers and copiers
- Troubleshoot technical issues with LAN, WAN, AD, O365, Windows 10/11, MS office and other systems
- Set up and support AV technology in conference rooms and other areas in the environment
- Maintain technology inventory using asset management software
- Maintain SLA compliance
- Participate in an on-call schedule
- Deploy and image desktop computers and laptops

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting MS Windows products and technologies
- Experience working with a ticketing system
- Strong customer service and communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience working with and troubleshooting Apple/Mac products
- Experience with working in an education setting
- Experience setting up and support AV equipment
- Experience with MS Azure, SharePoint, O365
