Description

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide support to end-users for computer, application, system, device, access, and hardware issues.
  • Respond to IT support incidents and requests.
  • Document, track, and monitor support incidents and requests using ITSM application – Freshservice.
  • Coordinate with other IT Operations, Systems, and Network personnel to resolve technical issues.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Actively working towards an Associates degree in Information Science/related field, or relevant practical experience, or degree candidate.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in IT operations and support or relevant educational experience.
  • Knowledge of PC hardware configurations, software installations (using Microsoft SCCM or Intune), and networking fundamentals.
  • Knowledge and support experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills including telephone techniques, listening skills, sense of urgency, and enthusiasm.
  • Strong problem-solving and work prioritization skills.
  • Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross-cultural, global team environment.
