Job Summary: Candidate will provide a variety of hardware/software Help Desk and maintenance support activities across the U.S. Army’s Reconfigurable Virtual Collective Trainer (RVCT) program.
Essential Job Functions: Candidate will perform critical Help Desk, maintenance, and technical support functions across the RVCT program. Candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. Candidate will assist the customer with troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. Candidate will direct unresolved issues to the next level of support. Candidate will record and manage all customer related issues and resolution. Candidate may be required to travel to customer location if issue cannot be resolved remotely. Candidate will provide onsite scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance support and document maintenance activities for the RVCT integration and development hardware. Candidate will also be responsible for the reconfiguration and or assembly/disassembly of RVCT devices, lift heavy objects and work with hand tools.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U. S. Citizenship status with ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance. Security Clearance requirements will be specified in the Government's Task Order.
Candidate must be willing to travel as required (up to 50%) both domestically and internationally.
