We work as a unified team, so in addition to supporting client’s needs, you'll also be helping and mentoring your colleagues and they'll be helping and mentoring you!
Our Service Desk Technicians are expected to work as a team to develop best practices, test new technology, and document standard procedures for common types of service requests.
Also, the ideal candidate will not settle for the status quo. After learning how we operate, this person should challenge us to find new and effective ways of serving our clients and team, and be willing to help implement those ideas.
