Job Responsibilities may include:

  1. Provide top-notch customer service to staff, faculty, and students, ensuring their technology needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. 
  2. Utilize your software skills to assist in special projects, contributing to the advancement of technology initiatives across campus. 
  3. Track inventory and employ your technical skills as needed to keep our IT infrastructure running smoothly. 
  4. Be the first point of contact for help desk calls and/or attend to HappyFox tickets as assigned, resolving issues promptly and with precision. 
  5. Assist with various projects, including project management tasks, such as collecting information from different parties, sending out communications, and managing project timelines and tasks effectively.


Job Qualifications: 

  • Proficient in using technology, both software and hardware, with an aptitude and passion for exploring new tools and technologies. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. 
  • Organizational skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently, ensuring seamless operations and timely resolution of issues. 
  • Problem-solving prowess and a knack for thinking on your feet, ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way. 
  • People skills that foster positive relationships and collaborative teamwork, essential for thriving in a dynamic IT environment.
