Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst role is located onsite in El Paso, TX.

The Compliance Analyst is responsible for managing and ensuring the implementation of the organization’s compliance and information and data security policies.

• plays a critical part in the internal compliance audit program, contributing to protecting the Company’s security, compliance, and confidentiality standards.
• requires collaboration across departments to address audit findings, mitigate risks, and uphold regulatory compliance.
• will have knowledge of information security policies, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).

• Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Must be available for travel to DATAMARK sites as needed to conduct audits and provide support
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Capable of holding team members accountable to timely delivery of audit evidence
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and remediate security risks
• Team-work mentality to develop security solutions in collaboration with Information Security and IT professionals
• Knowledge of third-party auditing and risk assessment methodologies helpful
