Consistent with the mission and values of Network for Life, provides on-going tier one support for hardware, software, network equipment, servers and related services for Organ Procurement Organizations in Ohio and Kentucky. Delivers high quality end-user support and participates in end user equipment maintenance.
1. Troubleshoots and supports all network laptops/computers.
2. Understanding of IT principles and ability to communicates technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.
3. Assists in the management, ongoing operation and performance of the telecommunications systems such as office phone systems and cellular phones.
4. Performs routine maintenance on all equipment as needed ensuring latest patches, hot fixes, service packs and software levels are up to date.
5. Assists in the set-up, maintenance and repair of PC hardware.
6. Ability to participate in an after hours on-call rotation with other IT Staff.
