WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:


·         Providing advanced onsite and remote IT support for computers, phones, printers, and software applications (Office 365, Webex, VPN).


·         Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving all software and hardware calls/support tickets that are assigned to the team.


·         Working to solve complex computer issues independently and with the Helpdesk team.


·         Be a point of escalation for Helpdesk for more advanced issues.


·         Assisting in the development, documentation, and communication of better practices and procedures and techniques to ensure that the team is providing the best possible service to our customers.


·         Planning and executing allotted work within deadlines and maintain records of daily tasks.


·         Acting as triage for all technical issues that arise in the environment.


·         Installing, configuring, upgrading, maintaining, and supporting desktop systems based on customer service requests.


·         Maintaining a high level of proficiency in using helpdesk systems and tools.


·         Interacting professionally with clients exhibiting strong customer service skills.


·         Prioritizing customer requests from IT Helpdesk and own the request through resolution.


·         Maintaining accurate documentations for system installations, configurations, and upgrades.


·         Providing training and guidance for new technology roll outs to end users.


·         Loading and configuring computers for new employees and computer refreshes.


·         Assisting System Administrator with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, SCCM, and other server infrastructure tasks.


·         Various duties as assigned by management.


 


 


YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:


 


·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.


·         Two years’ experience in a desktop service or help desk role.


·         One-year system administration experience, including SCCM.


·         Working knowledge of Active Directory administration, including DNS.


·         At least one-year experience with computer imaging concepts (SCCM, MDT, WDS)


·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with different priority levels.


·         Adaptive and troubleshooting capabilities


·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills


·         Strong customer service skills and adapt to servicing a varied customer base


·         Strong drive and work ethic to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner.


·         Motivation and ability to learn new technologies quickly.


·         Able to communicate effectively (written and oral) with team members and management.


·         Ability to work with minimum supervision or independently.
