Supports and assists employees in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer hardware systems, software, network, or related technology. This is an onsite position, possibility of hybrid in the future, timeline TBD.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Provides daily support of end users both onsite and globally

  • Endpoint management and protection

  • Maintain proper logs and records of computer and software deployments

  • Provide technical support related to network, hardware, phones, printers, etc.

  • Help bridge the gap between end users and technology

  • Hardware and software troubleshooting

  • Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Conduct oneself in accordance with Company’s Core Values


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:



  • At a minimum, at least 2-4 years of experience in a help desk and/or sys admin role

  • Knowledge of IT terminology as well as functional understanding of ITIL

  • Knowledge of networking, internet security, and troubleshooting

  • Proven success in a customer facing role

  • Associates degree or equivalent technical certification such as Comptia A+ or Microsoft MCP, etc

  • Ability to train staff with varying degrees of proficiency on technical content

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to handle constantly changing workload and priorities

  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally, and in written format

  • Ability to seek out work, recommend projects, and work independently
