Job Summary
As a Tech Support Representative, you will be our internal clients' first point of contact, providing essential technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues. You will also assist with system configurations and installations, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Seasonal Position ending 4/30/2025.

Key Responsibilities

    • Install, configure, and maintain laptops and related peripherals.
    • Provide technical support for hardware, software, SaaS tools, and connectivity issues.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues via Microsoft Teams, phone, email, and in person.
    • Manage user onboarding/offboarding, including account provisioning in Active Directory.
    • Support business-critical SaaS applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Zoom, Teams).
    • Assist with software testing, deployment, and user documentation.
    • Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation of common issues and solutions.
    • Educate users on basic hardware/software best practices.
    • Collaborate with IT team members to improve support processes and user satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • 1+ years of experience in IT support or help desk role.
    • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
    • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
    • Experience with SaaS tools and cloud-based environments.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Active Directory, and remote support tools.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Enrollment in or completion of a technical training or degree program.
    • Experience in hybrid or remote support environments.
    • Exposure to identity and access management tools.
