You will:
Respond to and resolve all assigned help tickets in a timely manner
Setup new computers for staff members
Troubleshoot windows and mac osx operating systems
Perform hardware repair on computers when necessary
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace printers
Perform Basic IT training for new staff members
Troubleshoot basic network issues and run cables as necessary
Create and replace ID badges
Travel to campuses when necessary
Research new technologies to better the department and Church/CCA departments
Keep up with inventory and maintain all inventory policies
Present the best customer service possible when serving staff members
Communicate well consistently with help tickets
You have:
Experience working with Apple and Windows computers.
Experience working with Google G Suite
Strong communication and customer service skills
A passion for technology
A passion for serving people
An ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task
An ability to simplify complex issues
What you are required to know:

This is a full-time (40 hours/week) hourly non-exempt position
You may have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with special events or emergencies
