Job Responsibilities/Requirements


  • Provide IT support for sales, office, and warehouse employees/devices via helpdesk, Hunt group calls, and email.
  • Laptop and desktop setup and repair; work with Dell support; software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Assist with maintaining inventory within our inventory system and AD.
  • Troubleshoot issues in SAP, Win CBI, and online ordering.
  • Troubleshoot VoIP landline and cellphone hardware and software errors.
  • Troubleshoot printer issues and maintain toner inventory.
  • Train new employees in computer and day-to-day applications.
  • Assist with meeting setups and technical support.
  • Requires strong communication and documentation skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a fast learner.
  • This is an onsite position.**
  • Other duties as assigned.
