Job Responsibilities/Requirements
- Provide IT support for sales, office, and warehouse employees/devices via helpdesk, Hunt group calls, and email.
- Laptop and desktop setup and repair; work with Dell support; software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Assist with maintaining inventory within our inventory system and AD.
- Troubleshoot issues in SAP, Win CBI, and online ordering.
- Troubleshoot VoIP landline and cellphone hardware and software errors.
- Troubleshoot printer issues and maintain toner inventory.
- Train new employees in computer and day-to-day applications.
- Assist with meeting setups and technical support.
- Requires strong communication and documentation skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a fast learner.
- This is an onsite position.**
