Our IT Support Specialists provide technical support to maintain our computer systems and ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain high productivity. The successful candidate will work with a team to execute a roadmap with specific tasks related to security, networking, phone system, system adoptions, etc.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software

  • Resolve issues for staff via a ticketing system, phone, or in-person

  • Execute assigned tasks planned in the roadmap, including security tasks, systems upgrades, software deployments, etc.

  • Assist with system upgrades, trouble shooting equipment, etc.

Education, Work-Experience, and Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

  • 2+ years in IT support

  • Occasional regional travel

Expertise Needed

  • In-depth knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office 365, networking, and security

  • Certifications and healthcare experience a plus

  • Excellent customer-service skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills
