- Handle all Tier 2 and Tier 3 IT-related requests
- Collaborate with the CIO to ensure our systems are stable and we proactively set up our systems for cybersecurity
- Recommend and implement IT disaster planning and disaster recovery
- Advanced experience with how to troubleshoot network systems, phone systems, internet connectivity, and other technological equipment
- 7+ years of IT experience

Certification: Microsoft Certified: Office 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent relevant certification would be advantageous
