As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented IT Support Analyst to join our team. We offer a challenging and engaging environment for our IT staff which allows them to develop their skills and offer mobility in their IT careers. 


As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing top-notch support to our employees. A seamless digital employee experience is a top priority. You will work closely with our IT team to diagnose and resolve technical issues, implement software and hardware solutions, and contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of our IT infrastructure. 


We are hiring two individuals for this position to work from our Harrisburg, York, or Lancaster offices. You must be willing to travel between offices as needed. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of network and server infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to develop and document standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Assist with IT-related projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance our IT support services.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicate technical information clearly, and train end-users as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Two years of solid technology support experience.
  • Proven experience in IT support or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
