We currently have a Full-Time job opportunity available for a creative, motivated, and enthusiastic individual in our IT department.  
 
The main function of this position is to assist in providing IT support required to sustain daily operations for multiple facilities using a Jira ticketing system.  
 
Minimum Requirements:
 Education:  High School Diploma
Experience:  Experience with Windows 10, 11, & Server 2012-2019, Office 2019/365.
Traveling:  A valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation
 
Essential Duties:

• Performing routine system maintenance for cash registers and computers.
• Assist in providing desktop support to remote and inner office personal employees, whether it is desktop computer, laptops, or printers.
• Able to work in a small group setting to accomplish tasks at hand and provide insight for new technology solutions.
• Travel to our stores that are in the greater Cincinnati area including Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana to fix issues involving POS cash registers and perform routine maintenance.
• Other duties as needed.

•  Starting Pay rate: $19.00/ Hr.
