Internal Quality & Audit Support Specialist:

Purpose of the Position:

• Facilitate the application of Quality Control and Problem Solving methods (e.g. 5why, 8D, pareto charts, fishbone diagram etc.) and recommend new and / or improved error proofing methods and technology especially for our subsidiary of equipment, tools, assist devices and CNC machining.
• Apply lean tools, including standardized work, TPM or TPS as well as Quality Control plans
• Work on FARO arm to provide laser scan management. Provide CMM or detailed measurements of parts and provide detailed analysis of gaps, overlays , collision either virtual through the use of CAD systems or in a mixed reality (physical and data).
• Develop an understanding an internal audit plan for all departments and conduct internal audits as well as supporting the external ISO audit
• Write and coordinate internal policies, rules and update company handbook.
• Coordinate and update Integrated Management System
• Coordinate and lead yearly Management Review Meetings
• Coordinates all development aspects including reports, interfaces, conversion programs, database design and creation enhancements and provide all documents towards Internal Quality Management for SWJ, P1 and NGE.
• Follow Company policies related to health and safety and environmental procedures.

Profile and Skills:

• Strong understanding of technical requirements for automotive engineering and Quality Control
• Working Experience with automotive OEM and / or tier 1 suppliers in North America
• FARO arm and CMM experience would be a big plus
• Effectively and appropriately use of active listening, collaborative communication and team work
  in order to optimize and update company policies, rules and regulations
• Track record of Quality Management with a professional
  understanding of ISO, VDA and/or IATF auditing
• Autonomous, well organized and quick thinking with a “want to” attitude
• Highly dynamic and have a strong capacity to adapt in a fast growing environment. 
• Great know-how of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 14001  (must)
• Languages English, German, Spanish (English must, German would be good to have, Spanish nice to have)

Working hours / payment / benefits:

• Position is part time, with option to work from home 50% and 50% on site / shop environment
• Due to part time, there are no benefits / insurance included but Holidays will be paid
• With the growth path of the company this position could turn into a full-time position
