Job Summary

"Responsible for how users within the company are given an identity - and how it is protected, including saving critical applications, data and systems from unauthorized access while managing the identities and access rights of people both inside and outside the organization. Provides strategic leadership for a high-performing team of identity and access management analysts, engineers and architects to define and deploy the identity and access management strategy. Must have deep understanding of the technology transformation occurring in the identity and access management space and how to leverage and deliver benefits across the enterprise. Leads diverse matrix teams independently, making decisions daily as it relates to successful delivery of the program, and has the ability to know when critical decisions must be raised to senior level and/or business unit management to ensure the program remains on track. Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results, and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees.

Job Description

Must have advanced competency in following areas:

  • Ability to design, install, and troubleshoot core network services such as RADIUS, and TACACS
  • Understanding of network protocols such as TCP, UDP, SSL, and multicast
  • Ability to design, deploy, and troubleshoot multi cloud instances (Azure, AWS)
  • Must have experience in Infrastructure provisioning and configuration management tools with Ansible, Terraform.
  • Experience working in Hybrid environment – Migrating apps from hardware-based servers to Kubernetes and private cloud.
  • Experience working with Prometheus, Influx DB, Telegraf.
  • LDAP Administrator: Provide senior-level support for LDAP solutions, create tools for support teams, and participate in calls with users and application teams
  • Grafana for building system and application metrics dashboards.
  • Should be able to maintain ELK cluster and develop dashboards and template creations.
  • Strong Linux background - Hands on with working in Linux environment. Should be well versed with the Linux OS 
  • Should be able to handle work independently and be willing to collaborate with the team.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and complex problem resolution. Conduct post-mortems to continually improve our systems and processes
  • Ability to manipulate, maintain, and create tools to assist in data storage and manipulation (Excel, MySQL,syslog, XML, JSON, ETL)
  • Ability to design site to site connectivity working with various vendors and various connectivity methods

Other Preferred Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:

  • Knowledge of DevOps technologies and programming languages such as Bash, Phyton and  PowerShell
  • Ability to design and support critical infrastructure in a 24x7x365 environment
  • Understanding of IAM security concepts and best practices

Ability to work with people of varying skills and personalities
