Audit/Compliance Analyst

We are searching for a contract role to support the analysis of Amazon Web Services public cloud environments.

Tasks

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with AWS architecture, security configuration and monitoring best practices. Prior experience in an Audit, Information Security or Risk Management function within the Banking/Financial Services industry is a plus. This role will work closely with a team led by an Audit Manager, lending AWS subject matter expertise and assisting in testing controls for compliance with Santander Standards and industry best practice.

Requirements

Qualifications should include the following:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 3 to 7 years of proven Public Cloud experience, with a focus on AWS.

- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and AWS services.

- Knowledge around various AWS services, how they are configured and how to reduce risk in that public cloud environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

- Prior Audit or Risk Management Experience

- AWS Certification is a plus

- Spanish is a plus
