FuncShun is looking for an IT Support specialist to set up, manage, and troubleshoot the technology systems that the business uses to maintain computer and software networks.
Responsibilities:
Provide IT support to all staff and customers
Monitor hardware and software system performance
Update all hardware, software, and computer systems
Evaluate functionality and performance of separate systems
Implement and monitor daily backup and recovery procedures.
Anticipate the cost of upgrading systems
Ensuring staff, visitors, assets, valuables, facilities and perimeter are secure by monitoring and protecting property
Train users to work with old and new computer hardware or software
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
Experience in installing security systems
Experience in documenting security footage and issues related
Experience with or knowledge of operating systems, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance-monitoring tools.
English and Spanish
